I recently found myself filling books, seven of them, with paisley . I would start at the back page and work my way to the front page doing this thing called a figure ground reversal . What happens in a figure ground reversal is that the ground becomes the point of focus; more so than the figure initially drawn because of the detail added to the ground .

Are there any people, that can tell me of another technique that can occupy my time ? I wish I could think of some because I really enjoy drawing and I want to increase my skill level .

I love showing people that technique and I want to apply that technique to my life . I want to learn how to make my listeners; my teachers . I want to experience figure ground reversal in my life where I; the teacher, become the student .
